Service features may evolve based on technical, regulatory, or methodological improvements.

AirqPro reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend, in whole or in part, the Site or the service, ensuring, as far as possible, reasonable continuity of access for authorized users.

Data provided by clients and results generated from that data remain the property of the client, without prejudice to the usage rights defined in these Terms.

6. Service data and results

AirqPro acts as a technology provider that:

  • Processes operational data provided by the client for service delivery.
  • Generates results and indicators derived according to applicable criteria.
  • Returns those results to the client through the channels defined in the service.

AirqPro does not act as an auditor or certifying entity, and use of the service does not replace the client's final regulatory obligations.

6.1 Use of anonymized and aggregated data

AirqPro may publish its own data products created from data processed in anonymized and aggregated form, which do not allow direct or indirect identification of clients, individuals, or specific operations.

Such data products may be made available in governed data-sharing environments for sector analysis, benchmarking, aggregated reporting, or general interest purposes.

AirqPro data products are based on multiple anonymized sources and are structured according to a proprietary, neutral taxonomy, with no semantic or technical linkage to specific clients.

6.2 Separation between AirqPro data products and client data

The data product published by AirqPro corresponds exclusively to aggregated and derived indicators defined by AirqPro as an independent data provider.

Operational, structured, or detailed data generated within the platform (including, by way of example, room-level data, specific configurations, or internal structures of a client) are considered internal client use and are not part of the data product published by AirqPro.

AirqPro does not publish data on behalf of its clients nor act as their representative before third parties or external platforms.

7. Limitation of liability

AirqPro makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of the generated data. However:

  • The service does not replace official audits or regulatory certifications.
  • AirqPro will not be responsible for business, regulatory, or commercial decisions made based on use of the service.
  • The service is provided according to the state of the art available at any given time.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to applicable European regulations on data, digital services, and information protection.
