Data may be processed by providers acting as processors, under AirqPro's instructions and with appropriate safeguards, in particular hosting and technology infrastructure providers.
Data is currently hosted in cloud infrastructure located in the European Union (AWS EU).
No international data transfers outside the EU are carried out.
7. Data publication
Personal data processed within the Site is limited to those described in this Policy.
Operational data processed within the AirqPro service are not part of the personal data processing associated with public Site browsing.
AirqPro may create its own data products from anonymized and aggregated data, without direct or indirect identification of clients, individuals, or specific operations.
Any publication of datasets by clients on external platforms is under their sole control and responsibility.
AirqPro does not act on behalf of the client nor publish clients' operational data as its own product.

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and thereafter for the legally required periods or until the data subject requests deletion.
